Garden Plans and Ideas

Things I would like to plant:

Potatoes. Interesting Cultivars, perhaps some from the Andes if I got access to them.
Carrots. Similarily. Have a staple one but also an interesting cultivar or two.
Gem corn, it's pretty
Decorative gourds
Marigolds
Peppers omg peppers. They are so good. Poblano, bell peppers, some kind of spicy pepper. So many options!
Peas. I love fresh peas with a bit of crunch to them
Brocolli. A staple in our cooking
Garlic, it'd be neat
Onions, use lots of them!
Peppermint, for tea!
Chamomile, also for tea!
Thai Basil
